wow, just wow!

I found the check-in process very easy and fast! the grounds are amazingly well kept, something i appreciated. the food tasted excellent. I was really happy with it, i swear! the manager seemed very approachable, yay!

the wi-fi wasn't the fastest, it was a little slow. but that's ok!

the hotel had several pools and beach clubs i enjoyed using. staff members were always available when i needed assistance. breakfast had really good food with various options. accessing the beach and bali collection was easy because of shuttle busses.

some maintenance is needed as some tiles were coming off around the pool which is understandable given the size of the resort.

i find the family room spacious. it was clean daily. we find mineral water bottles replenished each day also. the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice in a pleasant atmosphere.

a meal was served to my friend at the beach club restaurant. my friend do not like it. i find it very slightly negative.

The staff offered perfect customer service! i found the restaurants to be quite good. the breakfast was amazing with a vast array of western and asian cuisine. The food was AMAZING!!!

the hotel is quite isolated. also, the soap and moisturiser dispensers were not filled. i had to contact housekeeping to fill them. i think management needs to maintain this hotel better.

I found the breakfast buffet very excellent with a fantastic variety. The omelet station had a chef who made the best omelets. The hotel offered convenient transportation to the beach and a shopping center via shuttle.

The gym equipment had a noticeable sweat odor.
